Balanced mixture composition that contains all necessary ingredients for delicious taste and flavour and also functional components for developed structure of crumb and crispy bread crust gives a possibility to get not only just bread itself but also different kinds of bakery products with increased nutritive value and unique taste. Product line of mixtures CORNEX™ includes dry mixture compositions for corn bread, spicy corn bread, vegetable, potato and cheese bread.   
 
One package of mixture (700 g) is for one loading of bread machine (output – one loaf of bread, weight 1 kg). In case of hand method of baking it is possible to make several loaves of bread of necessary weight or different kinds of buns. |
